As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA, where you'll be leading and coaching a cross-functional engineering team behind Canva’s Workday Platform. You will define the technical strategy, architecture and delivery cadence across Workday systems; partner with leaders in People, Finance, Security and Audit to deliver secure and scalable solutions, overseeing solution architecture, integration governance, testing and release workflows. Elevating service reliability, documentation, observability and overall quality is key.

As a Product Manager, you’ll drive execution across agile teams by translating vision into actionable plans and managing a well-prioritized Jira backlog across multiple value streams. You’ll ensure delivery of high-impact features by balancing competing priorities, aligning cross-functional teams, and applying data-driven decision-making. You’ll also oversee the development of complex, large-scale technical products, ensuring they meet market needs and business goals—especially in the realm of digital tools and automation technologies.

You'll be a strategic thought partner, diving into ambiguous challenges and defining how AI will be woven into the very fabric of our products. You'll be at the forefront of integrating AI into the creative workflows of millions, turning complex technology into intuitive, empowering experiences. You will lead strategically critical, cross-functional initiatives to define and integrate AI capabilities across our core products.
